At Express Press Hair Care, we value your time and appreciate you respecting our appointment schedule. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment: 0% cancellation fee • No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a NO-SHOW. Please understand that appointment times are reserved specifically for you. No-shows prevent us from offering that time to another client.
